Brown Street Mall continues to be a small business haven
So far the experiment has been a success. It was a little over a year ago that Chad Novak, co-owner of Peggy’s Emporium, officially began Brown Street Mall in the empty building he owned next door at 34 S. Brown Street in downtown Rhinelander.
