U.S. Small Business Administration loans available to help with Texas storm damage

Texas residents and business owners who had property damage from the severe weather on April 3 can apply for a disaster loan from the U.S. Small Business Administration . The Small Business Administration set up three centers Wednesday in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for storm victims to apply for the loans.
