SWIPCO awarded $95,000 USDA funds for Business Development Loan Fund

The United States Department of Agriculture awarded Southwest Iowa Planning Council $95,000 to provide small and emerging businesses in Cass, Fremont, Harrison, Montgomery, Page and Shelby counties loans for business development. The grant is designed to provide an incentive for business expansion, job retention and creation, and private investment in rural areas of Iowa.
