Obama's Tax Reform Proposal — Are Small and Medium Businesses on the Menu?

After a lot of waiting, Treasury has finally put forward the administration’s outline for business tax reform. While Congress is almost certainly going to do nothing on these ideas this year (or at least before the election) it does provide a general overview of the administration’s goals and objectives. Small and medium business owners need to pay attention.
